Hello! I’m Atalie Simpson, and I am the Accountant for Tri State Nursing. My husband and I live in Onawa with our two energetic boys, Dax and Beckett. I joined Tri State Nursing in August 2021, following 16 years at a regional CPA firm in the Midwest.

I’m passionate about giving back to my community and currently serve on our local daycare board. In the past, I’ve held the Treasurer position for our local soccer and women’s golf boards. My eldest son, Dax, is involved in various sports throughout the year, so you can often find me at gyms or fields supporting him.

When I can find the time, I love golfing and spending time outdoors with my family. I always keep busy—let’s just say I don’t let the dust settle! It’s been a pleasure to be part of the Tri State Nursing team, and I look forward to many more years together!

Hello, my name is Jissel Becerra, and I am the HR Director here at Tri State Nursing. I have been with Tri State Nursing for over 5 years. I enjoy going through the hiring process with all of our new employees. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my 2 daughters, relaxing by my pool, and spending time with family and friends.

My name is Alex Gosch. I hold a degree in Business Administration and have 3 years of experience in the staffing industry, currently serving as a Client Acquisition Specialist. I have a son named Jackson, who is my top priority. In my leisure time, I enjoy attending live music events and am a dedicated fan of the Hawkeyes and Chiefs. I am also an avid golfer, always looking to improve my game and enjoy the outdoors.

Hello, My name is Trisha, I have been with Tri State Nursing as an Occupational Health Assistant for almost 6 years.  I am the First voice you heard when you call Tristate Nursing, but now have changed to working as your payroll contact.  I am a Wife to my Awesome husband Gary of 13 wonderful years(been together for 16 years) and we have 3 girls, and 7 grandchildren.  When I am not working I love to spend time with my family and go to Flea Markets.  Thank you for choosing Professionals with pride at Tri State Nursing!

My name is Sabrina Dean, I am one of the new Account Managers, I was a CNA/RA for the last 5 years and loved every part of working with residents. I have a 6-year-old daughter that is everything to me. I am excited to continue my career with Tri state Nursing and excited for this new opportunity for me! 

Hi, my name is Brittany. My husband, Toutai, and I have three beautiful girls who keep us on our toes! I have been doing CNA work for the last 8 years. Having gotten my CNA through Tri-State in 2019, I have worked as a temp through different staffing agencies the last couple of years, so I’m very familiar with that side of things. When I saw the opportunity for this position of Account Manager with Tri-State, I knew it was the next step I wanted to take in growing my career. I’m very excited to be here, and to help you with all your staffing needs!

My name is Halle Murray, and I am the digital strategist here at Tri State Nursing. I love helping Tri State Nursing grow. In my free time, I enjoy golfing, swimming, and hanging out with my friends and family! 

As a graphic designer, I have a passion for creating visually effective designs and videos that help to communicate a message or brand. I specialize in using my skills for advertising and marketing communications, using my creativity and technical expertise to craft marketing materials that stand out and effectively reach the intended audience. With years of experience in the industry, I have a strong portfolio of work that showcases my versatility and ability to produce high-quality designs for a range of clients and projects. Whether it’s designing a logo, creating an advertisement, or developing marketing collateral, I am dedicated to delivering exceptional results that help businesses succeed. I have an interest and curiosities in many things that I pursue in my off time.

John started his educational career at Wayne State where he received his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. He then pursued further education where he received his Doctorate in Occupational Therapy in 2014.  In 2018, he obtained his Certified Hand Therapist certification to be an expert in treating hand/upper extremity injuries. Over the years, he also has obtained many other certifications including Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist, Certified Kinesiotaping practitioner, ASTYM certified practitioner, and Certified in Physical Agent Modalities. Over the past 5+ years, John has treated various musculoskeletal injuries related to personal and work comp. He specializes in treating all types of musculoskeletal disorders, onsite services, and work comp.  

Cassandra began her educational career at South Dakota State University where she received her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a Health Science minor. She then continued her education at Briar Cliff University where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Since graduation Cassandra has worked in private outpatient physical therapy clinics where she has specialized in balance/vestibular rehab, pre/post-surgical rehab, manual techniques, and acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries related to personal and work.

Hi, my name is Megan Miller. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science from Briar Cliff University followed by my Physical Therapist Assistant degree from WITCC here in Sioux City. Prior to joining the team at TSN, I worked in the outpatient setting for seven years followed by two years in the hospital setting. Seeing patients improve is what makes my career so rewarding. In my spare time, I love to spend time with my family. My husband, Austin as well as our two kiddos, Maylee (4) & Parker (4 months) & our lab, Champ. We love spending time on the water in the summer & enjoy hitting the slopes in the winter – the outdoors is our happy place! I look forward to expanding my knowledge in the occupational health realm & to continue to grow as a provider while serving others.

Hello, my name is Grace Wilmes. I attended College of Saint Mary’s where I obtained my Bachelor’s in Rehabilitative Studies in 2022, followed by a Master’s in Occupational Therapy in 2023 with a Certification for Physical Agent Modalities. I am originally from South Sioux City and am happy to be back in the area. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, and being outside.

Hello, my name is Michelle and I have been a PTA since 2015. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science and earned my Physical Therapist Assistant Certificate from Northeast Community College in Norfolk, NE. I have clinical experience in Orthopedic Outpatient, Skilled Nursing Care, Long Term Care, and Work Comp. I have worked in Work Comp since 2018 and have enjoyed helping people return to work quickly and confidently. I am certified to complete Job Demand Analysis,’ Ergonomic Assessments, Post Offer Employment Tests, Work Hardening and Work Conditioning. I enjoy spending most of my time with my husband Tyler, our son Jackson and black lab, Drax. In my spare time I love going to my family’s cabin in Okoboji, jet skiing, watching sports, and hanging out with my family and friends. I joined Tri-State Nursing Occupational Health and Therapy services November of 2022 and look forward to continuing help workers return to work and help TSN grow.
